By enrolling as a participant you are agreeing to telework at least one day per week,  for two weeks between April 11 – 24, 2010.

The information that you provide will determine reductions in vehicle miles traveled and emissions saved.  We will be asking you to complete a short follow-up survey during the last week of April.  By submitting your registration you are eligible for the prize drawings of a $50  or $150 gift card...and after you complete the follow-up survey, the grand prizes - a "mini-notebook" computer or an Apple iPad!

This information is being gathered as part of eWorkPlace Telework Twin Cities and will only be used by eWorkPlace to invite you to complete the follow-up survey during the last week in April 2010.
